Crazy things you hear everyday. According to
the story, 59 year old Lesley Emerson
(pictured left) who died from bowel cancer in
2011, was buried with her favorite things,
including her phone…and then her family
began to receive messages from the phone
which they had put in the coffin with her.

Shocked Sheri Emerson received a
message from her beloved dead grandma
from ‘beyond the grave’ – after a cruel
prankster was given her old number.
Lesley Emerson, 59, was buried with her
mobile phone because she loved to send
her loving family text messages.
Granddaughter Sheri and other close
family members continued to ‘contact’ the
dead grandma via SMS as a means of
coping with their grief. But a shocked
Sheri got a reply telling her: “I’m watching
over you, and it’s all going to get better.
“Just push through.”
Lesley’s family was assured her number would
never be used again.
But, three years after her death, O2 gave her
old number to another customer – who
answered the messages thinking they were
“jokes” from friends.
The new user then turned prankster – and sent
a series of replies when he realised his
number once belonged to a dead person.
Sheri’s blood ran cold until the new owner
confessed.
The 22-year-old care worker from South
Shields, South Tyneside, said: “I felt sick when
I read it, I was in shock, I didn’t know what to
think.
“I’d sent a message on Wednesday night telling
her about family life and then I got the reply
on Thursday.
“Obviously we know that nan wasn’t going to
ever reply, it was just something we did as a
comfort for ourselves, because she loved to
text.
“So you can imagine what I was thinking seeing
a message flash up from her.”
Lesley died of bowel cancer in July 2011 and
was buried with her favourite things in South
Shields Harton Cemetery – including her
mobile.
During the last three years, Sheri, along with
her father John Emerson, 42, and uncle
Graham Emerson, 29, have sent messages to
Lesley’s mobile for comfort.
Phone giants 02 assured them the number
would be terminated forever.
But several messages came through last week,
with another telling Sheri “not to worry”.
She then sent another message asking who
sent the text, to which she received the
bizarre reply of: “A disturbing vegetarian”.
Sheri added: “The person must have realised
what was going on and replied that they were
sorry.”
Sheri’s Uncle John contacted Lesley’s phone
and spoke to a man who said he’d been using
her old number for the last few weeks.

Actress Halle Berry has gone to court asking
them to slash her child support to baby daddy
Gabriel Aubry because he has refused to get a
job and depends entirely on the money she
gives him…
According to TMZ, Halle Berry filed court docs
this week asking a judge to reduce her
monthly child support order from $16k a
month down to $3k a month.
Halle is accusing Gabriel of abusing the system
and insists their 6-year-old daughter Nahla’s
quality of life is being effected because he’s
living entirely off of child support and not
showing a good example for their child. She
said the model hasn’t had a job in years and
has refused to try. Halle and Gabriel have joint
custody of Nahla..

A South Africa organization, The ANC Youth
League – wants rapper Nicki Minaj to pay
back the R10million (about $1million) they
paid her as part payment for a show that was
canceled.
According to South African media, Nicki was
paid the money a few weeks back for a music
festival – TribeOne Dinokeng, which she was
supposed to headline in the city of Tshwane
this October but the festival was canceled
recently. Now they want their money back.
ANCYL said they have written to the rapper’s
management to return the money.
Unfortunately, it’s a non-refundable
performance fee. Meaning if you pay and
you cancel your show, it’s on you. You ain’t
getting your money back. But ANCYL is now
saying if Nicki Minaj doesn’t want to return
the money, she should give it to charity.

Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence, one of
dozens of actresses, models and celebrities,
whose intimate images have been posted
online, spoke about the photo hacking scandal
for the first time on Wednesday.
The actress said that it was a crime and sexual
violation.
In an interview with Vanity Fair magazine,
Lawrence, 24, said she was frightened after the
photos were released last month and worried
about the impact it would have on her career.
“Just because I’m a public figure, just because
I’m an actress, does not mean that I asked for
this.
“It does not mean that it comes with the
territory,” Lawrence, who won a best actress
Academy Award for “Silver Linings Playbook,”
told the magazine.
The star of the blockbuster “Hunger Games”
franchise said she considered writing an
apology but had been in a loving, four-year
relationship and realized she had nothing to say
sorry for.
“It’s not a scandal,” she said. “It’s a sexual
violation. It’s disgusting. The law needs to be
changed, and we need to change.”
Lawrence had been dating British actor
Nicholas Hoult but the couple reportedly split
up this summer.

Nollywood actress, Ini Edo’s soon to be ex husband
was initially married to Ruth Okoro a medical
administrator, actress, model based in Manhattan, New
York. When news filtered to her that Ini Edo was dating
her ex husband, she wrote her a letter advising her
against falling for her ex husband, Phillips Ehiagwina.

28 year old Australian Dana Vulin was set on
fire by a jealous wife, Natalie Dimitrovska on
February 16, 2012. Natalie, who has since
been sentenced to 17 years in prison, doused
Dana in methylated spirits in a horrific
premeditated attack at her home after being
jealous that the gorgeous mother of one had
spoken to her husband at a party.
Dana suffered third degree burns to two thirds
of her body and has worn a mask for the past
two and a half years. But on Saturday October
4th, Dana unveiled her face after
